A quick one-time setup. You’ll only enter your widget key once.
Grab the extension package below and unzip it to a folder on your computer that you can keep.
In Chrome or Edge, go to the Extensions page (chrome://extensions), then turn on “Developer mode” in the top-right corner.
Click “Load unpacked” and select the folder you just unzipped. The Site Feedback icon will appear in your toolbar.
Click the icon, open Settings, and paste your widget key (from your dashboard Settings → Website Widget). Save and you’re done.
On any site, click the toolbar icon, jot down your note, and hit send. It lands in your project dashboard, auto-tagged and ready to act on.
Where do I find my widget key?
Open your dashboard Settings, enable the Website Widget, and copy the key from your embed snippet — it’s the code right after/api/widget/. Paste it into the extension’s Settings and you’re connected.
